LED ECO LIGHTING originated from an electrical contracting background, who became concerned with the inefficient lamps and lighting methods available. These lamps and fittings were giving off the light Required but were expensive to run and have high maintenance costs due to the lamps not lasting long .
Also the dangers associated with halogen down light fittings and lamps, causing fires and damage to property due to the extremely high temperatures they reach (around 200 degree C) .
From this need LED Eco Lighting was created. We looked at environmentally friendly alternatives, that minimize power consumption and waste products. Such as disposable lamps and fluro tubes etc. we found that LED lighting products were the answer to future lighting needs.
LED lights have an extremely long life span of 50,000 hours plus and consume up to 5 times less power and also have a high light output which make them a very efficient alternative .
